It's official.

As of today, we are officially evicted.
We recieved an email today from Asbury Seminary's Family Housing giving us the info about why we were being kicked out. Here's some of what they said in the email:

"For at least 6-8 years the seminary's Board of Trustees has recognized a significant need to upgrade our family housing. To that end, 4-5 years ago we began the process by not filling our duplex units when they became vacant and then tearing down each building when both sides were empty. This has left us with only the four manors remaining over in that section of our property.[...]
Because of our excess capacity in 1-bedroom units currently, it is our plan to consolidate all tenants in Broadhurst Manor into Alumni Manor by hopefully no later than October 1, 2008. (The demolition of Broadhurst would then be able to be accomplished sometime after that, though we have nothing currently scheduled.) We have units specifically set aside for each of you in Alumni Manor if you so desire. (The floor plan in Alumni is identical to Broadhurst...)
We hope that you will decide to remain in ATS housing and make the move to Alumni Manor sometime over the next three months."

So, we'll be moving just across the end of the street. (So Hope when you come the next time, instead of turning right into our back parking lot, you turn left into the other apt. complex that's straight ahead.)
But we were super relieved that ATS were providing us a place to stay instead of us; that's a blessing for sure. No puppy yet though, that's the major bummer. That and it's an additional minute and a half walk from work.

So yeah, movin from one Broadhurst to another.
